Hey y'all, it's me again....time for some AED news, cuz well it's time.

First of all, congratulations to Stingray, making it to the Finals of the SSL. SW Hermann and the rest of Stingray have done an excellent job, and have made myself, and MD, and the rest of our Clan proud. I wish them the best of luck in the Finals.

On a related note, while there will be changes to the squadrons soon, they will not occur until AFTER the SSL is over, we don't want to mess with success too much.

Secondly, congratulations to ALL of you who participated in the DJG. I know we didn't stress them, as there was a lot of stuff to do, but you all did an excellent job, with Tridens taking second in every event save one, in which we took first. And not just a "barely second" but a good solid "coulda been first" job! Special congratulations to Chei-Ras (have a flaming X-WIng on me), VinDoros(nice job on multiple platforms), and LPMQTP (one of these days I've got to hear the story behind his name....) for all placing in events they entered. Thirdly, as you have by now heard, there will be a GJW soon, probably within two weeks. We want to brush up on needed skills, so we can be at our best....well the House Summit sat down with the CMDRs, and decided that where we are weakest are MP flying and SP TIE/XvT. We are weak in MP, mostly because we have few players....mostly due to poor connections, or firewalls.....not much we can do with that. That leaves SP, sure we could have a comp, or many comps, but what will really help us, is if you all just practice flying. Find a battle or a mission you like, and Fly it, again, and again, fly it until you learn all the tricks of it, then do it to another one. Don't fly to just finish it, there's no deadline...you are just flying as much as you can, to get better at it. If you need help finding a fun battle to fly, ask someone who has flown a lot of them (SW Hermann comes to mind) or just browse the battle center, and look at the reviews.....

Fourthly (is that a word??) Thanks to those of you that gave it a try at the Xmas Comp, we didn't come up with any medals...but there were no Sithly events either...so don't feel bad. Of course, Gladius has thrown down a gauntlet for next time, so lets see what we can do.

Fifthly, if anyone didn't get the CON report, let me know, so we can fix that.

Lastly(I know that one is a word), as the CON said, if you have any ideas, as to how to make the Clan or the House better, let myself and MD know, and we can bring it up and discuss it.
