Greetings Clan Taldryan. This will not be the usual report. As a matter of fact you will never again see the usual report from me. So if you want to keep up with me and where we're going you're gonna have to read these reports from start to finish.  



This evening actually this weekend has been a huge eyeopener for me. I was doing some things that were not only hurting me but they were hurting the one thing in this Club i truly love. Clan Taldryan. Folks i have been here since 2000 i started out as a member i was a BT CMDR,AED, then QUA. I was for a short time PCON. I have been your CONSUL now for nearly a year if not already. i have never done a great job at it only content with doing the minimum needed to keep the position without acutally leading you bunch of pirates anywhere.   



Well right here right now i am breaking my rutt that i was in even though it took someone to give it to me straight to see what sort if wreck i have made of things. So i am asking all of you now. If you think that i am not good enough to lead the Clan i wanna know. Whether in private or right here on the e-group you tell me. If i am good enough i promise from this day forward that if i do not lead you the best that i know i can. I will leave the clan prob forever. So its up to you guys choose i need know ASAP as we are about to get into the fight of our lives.  



Yes the fight i speak of is the GJW. We are only seeing the edge of it. The Krath are already in it. Even though the event is open to all orders this is where they truly shine.  By next weekend there will be more to do for the GJW i will need help. Help from all of you to make Tally what it was the best there is where no one can touch us. I have wanted that for tally since taking CONSUL but have never wanted it. What i mean is if i wanted it that bad i should have stepped in and done something about it. Well now is my time to do it. Thats not all though now is your time to shine to shine with me and show the rest of the DB what we are about.

With all this in mind i am heading off to the Run on for the GJW to post. Anyone reading this will be able to see said post fairly soon. Someone come help me win this.

House Summits. I want a full status report on your houses with in 48 hours of this mailing. I want to know what you guys are up to where things are at with the members anything else that you think PCON Sharad and i need to know because he is going to be cced on this. At that time will make REC's to you on what i think you should do. We'll go from there.
