State of the House Report

#1

Introduction:

Ok, here's the first report for HPG under my control...err, rule...err leadership. We are at War, a link to the message board will be included at the end of the report. For all those who don't know me, I'm J`Rai, former Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos, yes, I was Krath now I'm an Obelisk. I had an obbie clone, you may have known him, JH Khevron Rai, he's now Krath. I haven't really paid attention to much of Obelisk stuff, so bare with me while I get used to the gaming aspect of this silly group we call the Dark Brotherhood of Jedi.

Just a bit about what I expect from everyone: I expect prompt response to any and all AWOL checks, this first one is just to let me sort of get to know those of you I don't know already. Every other AWOL check will include some kind of task that you MUST complete by the deadline or you would be AWOL'd. I'll go into more detail about those just before our next AWOL check. I will probably do one a month, possibly at the end of the month, so expect one during the last 2 weeks of each month.

In each report I will include a list of orders that I expect to be carried out during the alotted period of time. If not, consider yourself on my list. And it won't be a happy list.

When I was Quaestor of Marka Ragnos, I wasn't all that strict, but I was still a bitch to those guys. Probably because I expected the best out of each one of them. This house is in a worse condition then HMR was when I took over so I'm going to be atleast twice as tough on you guys. If you don't want to deal with me nagging you each week, possibly more then once a week, then leave now and save us both the effort. The thing about me is, I expect nothing short of excellence. I don't care if you win awards, but you will be rewarded for activity. I will be utilizing the point system used by previous Quaestors that is located on the current HPG website. The link for that site will be posted at the end of each report until the new website is up and running.

Now onto the report!!

Status of the House:

For the next week I am running an AWOL check. Of all the members of the house, I've gotten a response from 4 of you, which is so far a good turnout since I just sent the email a couple of hours ago. If you haven't responded with the information I requested by next wednesday, you can wave bye bye from the transport window after I've booted your ass into the cargo hold. Nothing personal, just business. :P

War:

Yes people, we're at war. Goto the CNS messageboard and contribute the run-on. I will be watching this closely, and those of you who add to the story and help it get better will be rewarded, and those of you who don't do anything, well, I'll be watching your activity in the other events to see whether or not you deserve to die, or just get a severe asskicking. Hahaha, just kidding, I won't kill you. But I will kick your ass. Something to avoid.

The rest of the events will be released sometime this weekend, I think. I will send all information down through the lists as I get it. Until that time, beef up your JK1 or JK2 skills by fighting against others in the house. Challenge me if you want, I could use the practice, and I suck so it would be good for all of us.

Competitions:

None right now, focus on the GJW runon and the events that will be revealed this weekend.

Orders:

• Post to the runon at the above link

• Respond to the AWOL check if you haven't done so already

• Highly participate in the Obelisk events for the GJW (When they are revealed)

• Play against other members of the house to get some practice and help each other out. If you have suggestions for someone you've faced in combat, by all means help them out.

• Try and go to atleast one obelisk class a week run by the Shadow Academy and bring back what you've learned to help the others of the house. Pheniox and myself are trying to get an SA class for all you JK1 players out there. Until that happens, talk to Pheniox if you want help with that game, or just ask around the house.

Conclusion:

Ok, not so bad for the first 6 or 7 hours on the job. Just do what I've asked and we'll all be happy. Feel free to come to my office and give me your 2 cents on anything, ask me questions or whatever you want. If you want to BS, go for it, I've been told that I'm the king of BS. hehehehe.
