Welcome to the first issue of my RM Report! :-)

First off, Zekk and Suki get a cookie, and Zig doesn't (I would

appreciate it if you CC me on the report mails, though :-P). I know

you're banned from the EH IRC channels, and that really sucks, because

it's the main way to stay in touch with your members. I do however

expect you to take your responsibility as a SGT and send your report...

Your troopers at least deserve that much so we know how they're doing.

Secondly, Sergeants, keep bugging your troopers to send activity

reports. If they don't, I would appreciate it if you include any

observations... If you saw someone participating a comp or on IRC, list

it in your report... I'll add my own observations to that, but it's

slightly easier for you as you only have to watch 7 people, and I have

to watch all 26... A double check will make sure we won't miss any

shots. :-)
