Greetings Kirletians....

This weeks report will be a short one, and very sweet. While we wait for this Run-on to move on and end, we should be thinking long and hard about how we're gonna tackle the Obelisk events. There was talk of each Obelisk House picking its best MP'ers to take the brunt of the matches as an Elite team. I'll put up a list of whome i'd like to see in that team. This will be up for discussion on the House mailing list after this report. AND I WANT YOUR THOUGHTS!!! No skulking away and hiding from it.......the GJW has started!

1. GJW Run-on is running - For those of you have not taken the time to read the latest updates in the reports we have a new message board. On that message board at the top is the CSK Run-on forums. Please register and get posting. Read the notes on the run-on first though to avoid the mistakes i made with my post. 2. House Kirleta Training Comp - I am still waiting to hear from DJK Reza is he has anymore to add to the comp details, and whether he's going to submit the comp to the DGM's website for approval. Hopefully we can get this comp sorted and up and running soon. More details will follow as i get them. Stay tuned........

3. Communication - Not long ago we seemed to have had this problem sorted. But for the last few weeks something has gone a miss and we're back to the silence again. Anybody got anything they'd like to say?? ALSO........removing yourself from the House mailing list is a big NO NO!! Do not do it! If you do so you won't be able to receive reports or any of the latest news given over it. If anyone does this then i'll assume that they no longer wish to be part of the House, and i will remove them without question.

4. Pre - GJW - After the GJW, and before i decide whether or not i'm staying on, i will look hard into what people have done in the previous months & during the GJW. Promotions and medals shall be handed out to those who have helped the House, and made the effort to make a difference. Time in rank is one thing, but to earn something like a promotion through activity and helping others is something else and carries more weight with someone like me. I do have some of you in mind, but to be sure that you are one them, think like you have'nt done anything in awhile, and that you really want that promotion or merit medal. Earn it! Then if you get something you'll know that you have made the effort and have been awarded for it also :)

Lend me yours ears.....................

As always that old nasty feeling of despair has creeped back into my head that i myself am not doing enough. The feeling around the clan for me is not a good one. It appears as though i have ran my course in the EH as a whole. I'm as effective as a snowball throwing competition in the height of summer. But not to worry.........soon i shall be gone and soon someone else can shoulder the burden of becoming a Qua and clearing my chambers out to fill it with their own rubbish. Hopefully the next Qua will bring something to the house that i could not and push Kirleta into a new ear where i could not.

These days have left me drained and somewhat tired. As i approach my 3 year as a member of the EH i struggle to look back and see a better time, or happier one. Nowadays it seems that insults and insubordination are what makes most people tick. It's pointless trying to make the whole clan a more respectable place where the members only like to observe ignorance and arrogance, 2 qualities i'd like to stamp out like i did once with my old Wing when i assumed command.

To date i recall only two moments where i was worthy of praise, two moments where i felt i had outdone the whole of the EH with my hunger to win and be the best.

1. When i came 2nd in the Pilot standings in the First ever ASF:SC & also became the first ever COM's Protecter.

2. When i lead the ASF in Imp Storm II to a joint victory with the SSSD Sovereign battlegroup. Though i was secound in command, all the tactics were mine. I thought them through and formulated our attack plans. I had chased the SSSD Sovereign itself and had set it up for an attack that never came in time. But it was the closest the ASF had ever come to a total victory in the history of the comp.

NOW i want to have one more great moment to look back on before i throw in the towel. Having been the Qua of this House for over a year now, i feel its time that i should aspire to something like that. Though having been denied the chance to become the OHC 3 times now, i would like to end my DB career with a bang. I would like to walk away knowing i did some good in my time, and set the House up for a brimming future. One that is bright and full of hope. Right now it seems faint.......distant. If only i could make it happen and get you folks to respond as i did the crew of my ship in many of the big comps we had, we'd be onto a winner! So like i have said before, ask yourself this simple question, " What do i want to get out of all of this? ". Fate has a ugly face, and i have seen mine, but i want to turn that face into a happy one, and not a scornfull looking one full of regret and anger.

I'll leave you all now to ponder my question.
