News!

This week has been a slow time for the Chancellor's Office. This is mostly due to the Great Jedi War, and I really don't mind it. This silence is giving me and my staff some time to work on a couple of side projects, which I'll outline below.

• Medal Revisions: Yes, the medal system is being revised again. It's been almost a year since I did my initial revisions, and Camile and I have found a few things we wish to change. Some of these changes will be minor, and some will not be. I'll say outright that many will probably not like some of what's changing, but that's the breaks.

• Survey: Shortly after the Great Jedi War, I am going to conduct a survey that will question members about their overall satisfaction with Brotherhood leadership, as well as other facets of the Brotherhood. The survey will be done in such a fashion as to generate relevant statistics, thus giving the Dark Council an idea of what it has to work on.

• Medal Images: Gelton and Kethoron are still working hard, but due to the Great Jedi War and University they are taking a short hiatus.

Reason given for request: I have received this medal recommendation for the departing Spirits of the Night TET DJK Dalthid. I can only fully support it - Dalthid has provided not only an example in leadership but has also been incredibly active in competitions at all levels with a near 100% rate of placing within the top 3. This award should serve as a big thank you from House Aleema for being the most active member we had in quite a while.

DJK Dalthid (2563) should get a SC for his constant, almost 100% activity, maintaining the Phyle website and giving input on things that seem amiss. I'd opt for a promotion but I know it isn't time for another one yet. :) Arania
