Currently the only running competition you should concern yourselves with it the Great Jedi War. Other competitions will resume once the GJW is over or we get enough demand for one. Maybe I'll start a mini-comp just to get you guys some more awards. I'll see what the Sith Commanders want to do. Ewok hunts seems to be popular these days.

DEADLINE for all GJW phase one events is February 23, 2003 at 11.59pm EST. We only have 8 submissions so far. That's not even a third of our strength! These missions don't take very long to fly. Better to fly them now than last minute and be frustrated. The XWA mission is particularly fun with lots of stuff to blow up.

ROUND ONE - SOLIDARITY

The Brotherhood has been invaded. The only path to triumph is through an alliance of the Clans. Dark Jedi shall fly besides Dark Jedi. Worshippers of the Sith shall unite in one last alliance for the preservation of our Order.

CHANGE OF ORDERS NOTIFICATION

Transfer: Rage Squadron, SSD Avenger

Orders: Counter-attack Consortium

Dark Jedi You have been transferred to Rage Squadron temporarily as a part of Elite Sith Forces to help in the efforts to counter recent attacks by combined mercenary forces of the Consortium. The three phase plan in which you will you participate is briefed below.

PHASE ONE (TIE)

You will fly a TIE Advanced from Rage Squadron to assist in the efforts to fend off Consortium Attacks in the Lyarna and Coronada sectors. Intelligence indicates that a small Consortium scout force is assaulting the space platforms of House Galthain and House Oriens Obscurum. You will protect evacuation efforts before the primary task force arrives to assault the region.

PHASE TWO (XvT)

You will fly a TIE Advanced from Rage Squadron to escort evacuating equipment and personnel from Coronada and Lyarna. The full brunt of the Consortium has come to the sectors and is already assaulting facilities. Several Scout forces are being sent to intercept evacuating forces. Your orders are to fend off assaulting forces until the evacuation forces can hyper out of the region.

PHASE THREE (XWA)

The primary assault force is on the edge of the Aurora Sector preparing to assault Eos in the belief that severing the ties of the Dark Council to the Clans will allow for the Consortium to fully invade the Clan held territories. You will once again fly TIE Advanced Rage and perform a short in system hyper jump from the Avenger Task Force to the rim where the Combined forces of the Clans are blockading the Consortium Assault Force from preceding in system. Your orders are simple. Destroy the Assault force completely.

The Multiplayer League is in the works as of now. The plan is for the league to open once the GJW is concluded. The Brotherhood's Multiplayer Arm will be flexed soon enough. What? You don't have XvT or XWA? Then get a copy! It's cheap. Ohhh... bad conn? Unless it's a 14.4k, it will work.
