A couple of things. Firstly, my apologies for not having reports out for the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately, a litany of errors have struck my PC and Internet connection, and have prevented me being around to do my job to the fullest extent.

Fortunately these issues were solved with no loss of vital information, and I have my uber-connection back and functioning again.

Secondly, a general lecture on conduct. Over the last couple of weeks, I have observed from the sidelines a large amount of absolutely unacceptable behaviour, made far worse by some of this coming from within the Dark Council itself. Personal grudges and catfights can land you up facing serious consequences, up to and including the HCI and whatever they feel your actions warrant in response. In other words, keep a lid on your temper. Don't write email when you're annoyed or angry. Certainly don't put comments on message boards or news pages when you're annoyed or angry. Definitely don't go onto IRC and lose your temper in a public channel there.

I've been in front of the HCI myself, and I can guarantee you it's not fun, you won't like having your name up in lights, and you certainly won't like the punishments they mete out.

This organisation is about having fun, not catfights.

• Submissions for Open: GFX, all Krath Events and all Sith Events are due in by this Sunday at 11.59pm EST. Late entries will not be accepted, no exceptions.

• Submissions for all Obelisk Events are due in on Monday 24th at 11.59pm EST. Again, late entries will not be accepted, no exceptions.

• A proportion of Phase 2 depends on results of your Clan in Phase 1, hence the main section of Phase 2 will not start for about another week to give us time to mark and allocate. Further details on this will be up shortly. However, just because the main event of Phase 2 won't be up, doesn't mean that there won't be others to be getting along with, so don't think you can slack off. :P

• Phase 2 will therefore be released on Tuesday 25th February, with further events to follow sometime over the weekend.

• If you do not understand something ask me. If you have a problem talk to me. If you have a complaint to make, complain to me.
