PROCONSUL REPORT

CLAN SCHOLAE PALATINAE

After yesterdays brief announcement it would be deemed I quit the clan . I have some issues here in the clan and I decided to walk away from it . I got about as far as the main hangar and the pre-flight checks before I realised something.

Walking away will not solve the issues , It will just pass them to the next person . Ignore the problem or be scared of it.

Fear is my ally . not my bane.

I have never enjoyed quitting or Failing . So I turned around and spoke to the consul at length last night about it. and picked up my robe and walked back into the proconsuls office. With some inspirational music in the background and some nice messages from my friends here in the clan . I decided the following.

Take my resignation and burn it.

I want to win it ...... Oh yes.

The leadership style I spoke about in my quit message , Well this can change of course and the leadership of the houses will work with me to ensure this happens . I am issuing the following orders .

In the last few months there have been changes , They have been great leaps by the clan. The time for change is upon us once more.

We are going to deliver a new fun environment for the membership of this clan and lift the spirits of all of us in the process . My main concern is two fold. The house training programmes are not getting the attention they deserve and neither are the students in the houses . SO I am going to orgastrate some kind of report system for masters in a basic email format that can be read by myself and the rollmaster/mistress of the house and we can work at getting the lower members to the higher ranks .

The higher ranks also need attention and training of course and i am going to set up with the chancellor a reward scheme for the masters who train students in terms of either Promotion prospects or medals

My next concern and my greatest one of all is the following .

The new report system has killed the commication traffic on the house egroups . I see no emails apart from information now and again.

FLY this . Fight here . Write that ASAP

This club is about Fun . motivation . Desire . Inspiration.

Come on people . Lets get ourselves some princeples and return the Fire to our hearts.

I would like to thank the Consul , SBM Reese and JH Tirna for returning the Fire to mine.

My blue eyes once again burn with passion. Join me and are journey to the Darkside Shall be completed . Our enemies wasted in fields of debris . There bones lost into sands of unknown planets . And the stories of our victories wrote in large tombes and stored in the great libary.

An order from the proconsul

House summits , Battle team leaders and rollmasters/mistresses. I want an email from you with in 7 days . The contents of which will be confidentail . I want idea's , I would like critism of me of reports or the things that obstruct you from achieving the things i have said .

There is one rule in the clan now : Everyone has Fun .

I look forward to hearing for you all . and remember those who do not send the email . Dont have an opinion . If you dont have an opinion . why on earth do you lead anything ?
