Greetings my Sith,
During the last few days I noticed a growing disorganization in our
communication system, a lot of forwarded messages arrived in my terminal due to the original sender missing the correct addresses. Not only this creates lot of confusion but it also slow down the work of Battleteam Leaders and Summit. Please follow these simple rules:
FMs & FLs = send all your pilot files (or BSF notifications) to your Battleteam Leader. Your CMDR must be CCed for every competition submission.
CMDRs = send all your pilot files (or BSF notifications) to AED and QUA. AED and QUA must be CCed for every competition submission.<font size="-1">
Also, it has come to my attention that some members of the House are afraid about contacting the Summit. I'll point it out once again: feedback, suggestions, constructive complaints ARE ALWAYS WELCOME from me and my Aedile!

Great Jedi War**_
Today
is the deadline for Phase 1 events. So far I've received a good number of submissions but I hoped for a better participation, expecially from the PRTs and GRDs that are training to become DJK. There are still some hours left (Phase 1 ends at 11:59 PM EST), if you haven't done so yet download the Sith missions from http://members.aol.com/hades55624/gjw.htm and fly them!

DB Multiplayer Competitions
<font size="-1">All MP competitions held on #obelisk (Undernet Servers) now support XWA and XvT, this is a good chance for all MPers in Caliburnus to start win some Cluster of Fire again! Also, Sith are still allowed to play JK and JO matches for awards.</font>
DJK Slawter Thren resigns
It's with great sorrow that I announce the transfer of DJK Slawter Thren to Rogues. Slawter is having some RL problems that won't allow him to be a good and active member of this House. It's a great shame to lose a skilled warrior and a veteran of the DB like you, Slawter. I really hope to see you back to HC and CSP in the future!

<font size="-1"> CON Saitou, PCON Darkmage and I, have together decided to delay all medals and promotions to SW+ ranks until the Great Jedi War is over. The GJW is extremely important and your activity in this comp will greatly affect our final decision on who deserve medals/promotions and who don't. ACO - DJK rank promotions won't be affected because they are ruled by the House Training Program.</font>
