My fellow Jedi,

Sorry, I wont use the George W. Bush opening anymore :P This is going to be a long report, but it is a good one to read through. So please bear with me.

Well... it took a drunk and angry PCON to do it, but we are going to bust our asses and work on turning the clan around. We now have the PCON ready and willing to do so (heh heh heh), but also I got a bit of my passion back so to say. The Clan Summit is going to be watching the houses much more closely. Before you cry and whine (I'm watching you QUAs), we are not going to take control away from you. But we are going to do what our jobs really are: make sure you are doing yours, and make sure the clan as a whole is running smoothly. So we'll be popping in a lot. There will be some changes (krath I hate hearing that, but it is happening) and they wont be very drastic. They will be aimed at helping various things and will be integrated slowly but surely. The first I'd like to see is that Rollmasters become the ones in charge of watching each house's Master/Student program. I'd like them to keep a roster of each pair and possibly keep short notes on what tasks they have to do. This will help the never-ending or "what was my assignment?" syndrome. More to come soon.

Speaking of summit... we just lost a few. We are now in need of an Obelisk Aedile, a Krath Aedile, a Krath Rollmaster, and a Krath Tetrarch. Heck HAD even needs a kitchen sink to be replaced if you get my drift. Each position will be determined by the Quaestor of the appropriate house, so talk to them and then they'll talk with us. It'll be a fairly smooth operation and shouldnt take more than a week at most.

The Dark Jedi Games are now over for me! Yay! What does this mean for you? Well some of you were missing Crescents, but now they have all been passed out. If somehow, some are missing, contact me... but I highly doubt it as I saw everything go out :P

Great Jedi War... I dont know who all participated... yet. Mairin informed me that I will get a list of all who participated and did what. I'll pass it on to the house summit when I get it. Hopefully lots of you did. Phase 2 has not started, but should in about a week roughly. It is not too late to help your clan and win some Novas. Remember high participation in this will help earn you promotions!

Problems... I gotta go over this again, as I gotta help keep problems at a minimum. If you are having an argument with anyone, remember that it can go too far really fast and land you in serious trouble. If you are in a fight, go to your direct superior and ask for assistance. If they cant help then, and only then, go above them. Dont skip your AED, QUA, PCON to go to me. Or go farther to the Order leader or GM. They dont want to hear about it and they'll just redirect you down the line. Also, they are not as forgiving as we are. Save yourself from the HCI, nobody wants to go there.

On a more positive note, I again remind you all that I have an open door policy. If you need to talk to me about anything, I am here. This includes promotions or medals you think you didnt get but earned. But remember chain of command. I'm here, but that doesnt mean your QUA or AED arent around for you.
