Weekly Squadron Report #4

-NEWS-

Went home for the weekend, thus my suspicious absence on irc the last few days. Back today, feeling quite sick, and mad that I nearly finished this report when I hit the "backspace" button on my browser...so let's try this again :P

Oh, and if you need me on irc, I decided to change my IRC nick to "JoeFriday" for no real reason. (well, for other SG-related reasons :P) So that's who I am if you need to catch me. :P

1. Phase Two of GJW is on. Go to http://members.aol.com/hades55624/gjw.htm to view the current activities. (under Round Two)...
   

a) Battleplan Competition--Sithspawn is spearheading this one. Email him, or talk to him on IRC if you want to help. (Graphics, ideas, etc.)

b) Screenshot competition--when you're flying, keep an eye out for cool screenshots; you can then submit them for points. All submissions go to SHW Hades ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]), and CC the QUA ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]), AED ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]) and myself ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]).

2. WARGAME!!!

a) SP flying: go fly TIE Free 130, XvT Free 127, and XWA Free 43. Once you've flown them, zip the pilot files and send them to the QUA ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]), AED ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]), and CC me ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]).

b) MP flying: go onto irc, and set your nick with the Clan's two-letter code (which is TL. IE my nick would be TLCoranel if I were to MP). Then go to #shadowacademy, and challenge/fly anyone from Clan Arcona.

1. If you get a chance, recruit as well. It is hard with the current MAA ban on clan-to-clan transfers, but if you know anyone in the Rogues, drag them here!
