1) Many changes are coming to the Dark Brotherhood. I have already begun replacing some people and more will follow. I have begun discussing with some DC members the full implementation of Astatine's project Thallium. If you recall, it was something he came up with during his time as DGM. The full details will be posted soon.

2) From now on, ACTIONS will be the sole factor when considering medals and promotions. Time in rank or position is not a good basis for rewards and it will not be considered. If your actions warrant both a promotion and a medal, then you will get them now. Not some time later.

This is not retroactive. If you feel that someone deserves a medal now for actions they have done and not been rewarded for, then submit a request

3) The current OHC, Obelisk Battlemaster Khaland is being removed for his inability to perform the basic duties of his position. He is not accessible enough for discussion, and has not shown the initiative that is needed to revitalize his Order. Applications are not accepted right now. But they will be very soon. If you mail me your application before I post the requirements I will delete it.

4) The Great Jedi War is about to end. Mairin will post all the details soon. Let me just say that it is time to put an end to this ill-fated competition. However, I do encourage you to put in a little bit of effort to help your Clan finish this in the best possible position.

5) Dark Adept Shadonyx has been banned from IRC by the High Court of Inquisitors pending a trial. Following this he announced his resignation as Chancellor. He stated in his letter that he had enjoyed his year as Chancellor and was proud of what he did. I wanted to promote him to the rank of Dark Jedi Master, but he recently stated that he didn't want any reward from me, so I have decided to honor his wishes.

For the time being, I am acting-Chancellor. All medals requests are handled directly by me. Applications for the position are not being taken at this time.
