In order to recognise the importance of the Dark Voice to the Brotherhood as a whole, the Editor of the Dark Voice has now been made equivalent to the position of Praetor to the Herald.

The Herald will be responsible for the correct awarding of DSSs, and for the reward of the DV Editor.

KAP Korbane Ashoka, as the Editor of the Dark Voice, has thusly been made Praetor to the Herald. He will continue to run the Dark Voice as before.
