Greetings, my Brother Siths!

For those of you who haven't heard the news, i've been promoted to AED of House Tridens. So, now for the small speech :P

As of this week, I had the privilege to command Hammerhead Battleteam for these last several months. I've seen many changes throughout this House. We've seen Stingray open, and Sub-Zero close. The rollercoaster ride continues...For myself, I can only say it was an honor serving as Commander of Hammerhead, and now as AED, I hope to keep things as lively and active as I can. There is great potential in this House. I will do all I can to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. And i'll try to do this so you have as much fun as possible. So, end of speech, and onto the good stuff :)

News:

New Member: Let's welcome Novice Luca Fett to the Ranks of Tridens! He's already joined Stingray, and we know he'll do well.

As some of you may have heard, SHW Hades has been appointed to the position of Deputy Grand Master. Let's wish him luck! We are confident that he will do well as DGM. The new Sith High Warrior has yet to be appointed.

A new Chancellor has also been appointed, so let's congratulate Archpriest Knight Camile! We know he'll be handing out oodles of awards to all who are worthy :)

Sith Squadron League: This is to begin again soon. We are fortunate to have the previous winners of this competition in our House, Stingray! And in the last round of the SSL, Hammerhead did quite well also. Let's make the rest of the Dark Brotherhood fear the Battleteams of Tridens!

Recruitment: Currently, House Tridens sits at 21 Members. PCON Domi has asked me to email the Rogue list, and try to get some people to join our Clan. But if any of you know of any people who may be interested in the Dark Brotherhood, see if you can enlist them. It'd be a nice to re-open Sub-Zero!

GJW: After seeing the stats of the GJW, I think all members of Tridens should be proud! We did quite well in this. Our House took first place in XvT and XWA. Congrats to all those who participated. For those of you who didn't participate, there is no excuse. Considering the sheer size of this competition, ALL members were needed. And while we did well...we surely could've done better. For those of you who aren't participating in events, its time to analyze your reasons for being in the DB.

Clan Webpage: PCON Domi has been working his tail off looking for ideas for the "new and improved" Clan Webpage. He wants ideas, graphics, and any help anyone can offer. Email him if you have any nifty suggestions.

Tactical Database: QUA Murkow is looking for people to help him compile this for the new Clan Website-"I need 2 of you to help me with the Tactical Database. One to write a text(like Vin's XWA course) for XVT and one fore TIE. Also, if you have any sugestions for the house/Clan website, talk to me or Reb Crush(I'm House Tridens tech crew rep and he is incharge of site)"

Master/Student Program+Jedi Trials: I can't stress this enough: If you're below the Rank of Jedi Hunter, FIND A MASTER. You want promos? This is the way to go. You need to find someone who holds the rank of DJK or higher. There has been some confusion in the past about the Jedi Trials, and having a Master will solve this problem. If we're going to keep the Jedi Trials(which I believe is a good idea), then having a Master to guide you is very important, and makes the Trials less shocking/painful. Of course, being active helps with promotions as well. If you get assigned a Master, and you're having problems with that person, we'll sort it out.

AED Comps: I will hold one of these each month. It will NOT only consist of flying....I know most of you fly very well. I will do my best to annoy you, and come up with competitions that will challenge you. Be on the lookout for my first one, which i'm working on now.

Well...I think that pretty much sums it up. If i missed anything, just cut me some slack, since i'm new to this :P

I will end with this: Activity, Communication, Participation...that's basically my policy. Inactivity won't be condoned. And I won't ask any of you to do anything that I wouldn't do myself. I want this House to be so great, that we stand apart from the other Sith Houses.
