GRD Halcyon, reporting in for April 9th, 2003

CMDR's Rant:

For those of you who don't already know, I'm the new CMDR of Pandragon, GRD Halcyon. I am sending this out to the whole house since I believe it's a good thing for everyone in the house to know what is going on in the other battleteams. We are one house and should strive to work together as one. If people have a real problem with me sending this out over the mailing list, than I'll just send it to those that this report affects directly

Now, this will probably be my only rant as CMDR, but I just wanted to lay down some rules or explain some things about this squad and myself. I've been around for a number of years, so don't go by my rank. I began my DB career as CMDR of Pandragon and helped build this squadron slowly. I am proud at what it has become since then, one of the premier battleteams in the DB. I also know EXACTLY what to expect from everyone in this team. I have commanded each and everyone of you at one time or another. For this reason I expect only one thing from you. You are to compete in competitions. No more and no less. Everything else is secondary. I know what you can give me and I ask no more. You are all busy in other subgroups as well and don't need to prove yourselves here. Fly for competitions and you will be rewarded. This I promise you. I could care less about other forms of activity. You do the competitions, and you will always be rewarded. If you want to do more, go right ahead, but I don't expect it from you. You are all veterans and have nothing to prove to me. Until a time where someone new to the EH/DB comes, I don't need people to prove themselves to me from here.

With all that being said, I am open to any suggestions. What do YOU want to do? Do you want me to get us other competitions against other battleteams, or do we just kick ass in the Sith Squadron Leagues and in Feuds? Also, my reports will follow this very basic pattern. I can do more, but do you want me to? (most of you know how my other tries at sprucing up reports turned out) :P It's all upto you. This is you squadron just as much as mine. All my reports will also be uploaded onto the DB site.

Battleteam/House News:

1. Firstly, congrtulations once again to Philo and Reaper on their rewards. Great job you two!

2. We had a few changes in the house recently. CON Tarking and PCON Khobai were removed from their positions. Tarkin has decided to stay in HOO however. Our new CON is Mage! (or Magey :P)

3. We have an open Flight Leader position in Pandragon. It's open to anyone in the house. If you want it, mail me.

4. There is currently a Knock-out tournament going on. Myself and Philo are representing the battleteam it would seem. Good luck to us :P

5. I have asked that DJK CTXclr and JH Adams be moved to the rogues since I haven't heard from them for quite some time. Here's hoping they can come back to us one day

Dark Brotherhood News:

1. We have a new Chancellor, Deputy Grand Master and Obelisk High Commander. Congratulations go to KAP Camile, DA Hades and OBL Khaen respectively!

2. GJW should be out sometime or another. Some of the Sith stuff was already announced, but not the important stuff :P

3. There were ALOT of moves here and there, so congratulations to all the people with their new positions.

4. The PCON position is open in Alvaak...apply if you want to...shudder
