Greetings
and welcome to my first report as Proconsul of Scholae Palatinae!

<font face="Courier New, Courier, monospace"><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"> As you probably know something of very
important has happened; the Grand Master and some members of the Dark Council are trying to bring the Dark Brotherhood back to his original status of sister-organization. What does it mean? They want the Dark Brotherhood to be a separate SW online club but still allied with the Emperor's Hammer. </font></font>
I'm not going to list all details in this mail because the report will

<font face="Courier New, Courier, monospace"><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"> Both the Consul and I have our opinions
on this matter but we decided to let the decision to join the "new DB" or not to you. Saitou has already sent a communication where he asked for feedback from all of you, all members of CSP are to contact the Clan Summit and let us know your opinions. Rest assured that both Saitou and I won't take decisions on behalf of the whole Clan without listening to your thoughts! In the meanwhile all members of Scholae Palatinae are to avoid any conflict with other members of the Brotherhood with a different point of view. In other words...behave.</font></font>

Following my promotion to Proconsul, a new Summit was appointed in House Caliburnus. Congratulation to SBM Kane Reese and SBM Jaron Kai, respectively new Quaestor and new Aedile of Caliburnus.</font></font>
The License to Brawl competition is still on and all members are highly
encouraged to participate. Unfortunately Saitou wasn't able to approve Cluster of Fire medals for winners of matches but a merit system will be used to award people who actively participate in this competition (i.e. DC for 5 matches played, SE for 10 matches played). Talking about
competitions, I bet you all are wondering why I put that question mark at the beginning of this report. The reason is simple, a PCON Banner GFX contest will start tomorrow. All members of Scholae Palatinae can submit one or more banners (in .gif or .jpg format, approx 450x50 pixels in size) to me, after two weeks I'll upload all submissions online and winner will be decided with a poll. Best gfx will become the official PCON banner and top 3 submissions will receive Crescents.
