Well, never let it be said that nothing exciting ever happens in the DB.
You who are reading this have been labeled "separatists" or "traitors" as
well as the author of this report. It is with honor that I count myself
worthy to be named as such. I will never be ashamed of such labels if my
cause is just...and I hope there are some that feel the same.
I could fill this report with the ramblings of all involved, but I am sure that you have been swamped by those already. If you have not had the joy of numerous mails concerning the current matter, then I encourage you to peruse the Message Boards where you can get an eyeful of the various positions on the matter. I do warn however, that your gut may split from hysterics or your rectal area may explode from laughter at some of the views that are defended. It is amazing how weak minds can be easily swayed by a few strong words.
There are a few DC positions changing hands as well. The gravest loss to the DB of all is the (now "former") KHP DA Daavak "Tronsta" Cantor. Tronsta, or Tron as many referred to him, had a great career in the DB. To many he was a loyal friend, confidant, advisor and mentor. He was TET of AoD when I became TET of SotN, right here in Aleema. In that capacity, he encouraged me when I needed it and became a valued and respected vessel to which I often vented a lot of frustration, without fear of reprisal. He left Aleema to fill the role as KHP. That was my first experience at seeing "one of our own" get to the DC, and let me tell you...I wouldn't have been prouder if it was myself. As KHP he did not pull away from what he had begun with me - he was still there to vent to when I needed it, no matter how busy he was. I was glad to listen to him as well, though I know not of the workings of the DC - I was just happy to return the favor. He will be sorely missed. The one thing I am ecstatic about was that he left due to RL circumstances and not because of the situation with the DB and EH. Good Luck Tronsta!!!
The new KHP is KPN Alanna. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE that you drop her a line just to say hi, and congratulate her. Don't get too long-winded as I sometimes do. Just a simple "hi" will even be sufficient. A fact that is often overlooked is that if a "leader" has gotten mail from you, if for the only purpose of "personal congratulations" or a "your doing a good job...keep it up" they tend to remember because you weren't asking for something. Since this is an online club...we can't always put a name with a face - but mail of encouragement does the same thing. You want to be known in a good capacity...not invisible. BTW: She is our High Priest - it would be good for Aleemans to have "casual" contact with her. </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="100%" align="justify"> </td> </tr> </table>
