**** All That Personal Stuff ****

What a boring week for me, honestly. 2 classes cancelled, skipped one, and got out early in 2 others. Considering I only have 6 classes a week, I didn't do much school-wise.

So like I seem to do when I have loads and loads of free time I go to the gym. no wait...that's not it...I uh...Read a book....no no no....that's not it either.

Oh yeah! I waste away playing some stupid XBox game non-stop until I beat it and can go back to my normal life. In this case it was Metal Gear Solid: Substance. Yeah -- don't ever buy that game. The gameplay is good once you get the hang of the controls, but by god there is waaaaaaay to much plot. So much crap that I didn't want to see in cinematics. Dear Konami: Just cut to the chase and let me kill people, thanks!

This weekend I am going camping with the Fraternity. We are going cabrewing tomorrow. Should be fun. I'll be back by noon Sunday. Sorry for missing the meeting.

Seriously, it takes no time. You should do it. I am going to be the person who gets the most people to play his comp. So HA!

As for the Independence Games in general, I'd just like to take a moment to thank Kaiann for doing all of this. I think the idea is terrific, and the sheer stupidity of some of the competitions just makes me want to be active and play them. I am impressed with the numbers so far, and would like to see a lot more people play. Hell, maybe we can make this an annual event.

**** Big Props ****

A new weekly section of my reports. This is where ya'll be getting the Big Props from Big Poppa Jac for doing something sweet during the wizeek.

First, Big Big Big Props to CyberGuy and Jam3z for the history addition to the DB site. This is something that I've been itching to see for a long time, and they did it without anyone asking, as far as I know. That, and CG fixed the news display so news posts don't override reports. I don't know where the DB would be without these two. They did good this week.

Second, Sharad Hett and his band of dirty thieves for getting us a JKII server. Details are in his report. Yeah -- Sharad and some other people are fronting some sweet cash to get us a place to play JKII, so Big Props to them.

Third, like i mentioned before, here's a shout out to Kaiann for the excellent work with the IGs

and Finally, Big Props to Mejas Doto, Tiger, and korbane for their promotions.

**** Website juju ****

Yeah -- so -- i dunno. I'ma just stop working on the other website for now and finish up the DGM site. yeah...prolly should. I finished one site. w00t! 2 more to go

**** Mission and Vision ****

If you haven't read our new mission and vision yet, I suggest you click on the link in the main section of your navigations and do so now. This is important stuff. The direction of our club is found within those words. Read them, live by them.

And no, I will not take out the line that encourages strong mind and body :)

**** IRC, #DB and YOU! ****

I haven't personally received any complaints, but I am aware of some people not liking to be in #db cause of some of the subject matters within conversations. I don't want to have to turn #db into the old EH #db where you get kicked out of the club and brutally murdered in real life if you say the word "the" in the wrong context, But seriously, please use some common sense. I don't care what you talk about elsewhere, but we do keep the channel open to the EH, so there are children around!! Please keep it cleaner.

**** New CSK Consul ****

After a long and painful set of discussions debates and the like, FF and I have decided that Gord Darkonian will be taking over CSK. I am assuming that the people in CSK will get over whatever problems they have and follow Gord. Now is not the time to be infighting, and I feel Gord will be able to do a good job. Congratulations Gord. Drako should be contacting you shortly with Consul information.

**** Speaking of Drako ***

The rumors flying around should stop, really. I have my utmost confidence that Drako is here to do his best and that he is with us all the way. He will be a fine EMS.

**** My Spelling ***

Screw all ya'll.

**** The List: ToDoToDoToDo ****

• Get back from Cabrewing alive

• Lose 20 pounds

• promote all those people that still need promoted (working on it, jeeze!)

• Develop 7-8 proposals for DB-wide changes since no one else will do them

• Get updates from the RPG group and the Wargaming group (hint hint)

• Talk to all those Consuls who I never hear from (hint hint)

• Start up the next JRDC

• Finish the DGM site

• Finish the other website I'm working on

• get a 4.0 in school (yeah good luck)
