For almost 2 years now we have had the pleasure of having our very own Stres’tron’garmis, also known as Kord, as our Clan’s Rollmaster. During that time we were privileged to have a leader who greatly cared for and assisted our new members through the ranks and into strong positions of power within our Clan. His hard work and dedication are substantial and he has always been one of our Clans most trusted and superb members.

Unfortunately, he has come to the decision that it is time for him to step down from his position and open it up for a new Rollmaster to lead our youngins into the DJB. I regret losing him as a Rollmaster, but he has more than earned his new retirement into regular member status. Everyone make sure to give Strong your most sincere thanks and congratulations as he more than deserves all of our utmost respect.

That being said, I am now opening up applications for this position. As Rollmaster you are the first set of eyes an incoming member will have for our Clan. That is a big responsibility in helping us retain new members. The duties and expectations we have for you are as follows:

• Welcome all new members to the Clan

• Administer the Clan’s Master-Apprentice Program

• Work directly with House leadership to ensure timely promotions and awards for all Journeymen, prepare lead recommendations for all Journeymen promotions

• Keep the Arconan Mailer Lists (including House lists) up to date with new joins and members being transferred into specific Houses

• Monitor relative personnel effective strength of both Houses and assign new joins to the Houses in accordance with effective strength guidance from the Consul and Proconsul

• Assist in the monitoring of relevant Clan chats

• Keep in contact with House Staff on the status of Novitiate and Journeyman members

• Work with the Arconan Story Team on the advancement of the Clan Storyline.

• We also expect a certain ability to keep in contact on the Discord Server, and 24 hours or less email turnaround time.
