Second, Thran's move to Regent leaves CSP without a Consul. Applications are now open.

There is no minimum rank or experience required, but some experience with clan leadership is important and experience in CSP is a plus. In your application, focus on the responsibilities of a Consul, and just explain what type of leader you'd be and what your approach would be to leading CSP specifically.
