I am happy to announce that our new Headmaster will be the one and only Rhylance, a two-time CON and many-time DC staffer. Rhylance has a long track record of getting working done, and showed a strong grasp of the changes to the HM job over the last year. He will put out a report soon to introduce himself and discuss his plans.

Soon-to-be-former-HM Arch will be taking on two new roles: Special Magistrate to the Headmaster, to help Rhylance find his footing, and Praetor to the Grand Master, to do praetorly things (mostly involving statistics and sarcasm).

Congrats (I think) to both!
