About seven months ago, I promoted Wally to EL3. He earned that promotion through a combination of work as Voice, Exarch, and as a regular member of Clan Arcona. Today, I am honored to grant him the rare title of Sith Lord in recognition of his continued work as Exarch as well as a career spent trying to improve this club in his own way.
