Our latest Overseer, James, has had to step down from the position of Battleteam Leader due to RL issues. This means we require a new leader to step up and take the reins of House Imperium's only battleteam, Crucesignatis Imperialis.

• Knowledge of House Imperium (House Excidium, Scholae Palatinae, and all of our BTs is a plus)
• Taking applications DB wide (more on this is a bit)

• A little about yourself (who are you? what makes you different from other applicants? etc.)

Beneficial Skills

• Project Design, Management, and Implementation experience
• World Building experience
• Experience in member retention

Explanations

Firstly, I want to establish why we are going DB wide. Primarily because we want to give a fair shot to all people with good ideas. We don't believe in cronyism and simply giving positions to loyal people. Admittedly, people who are in Clan Scholae Palatinae who apply with strong applications will get the position. Likewise, Aedile positions and above are many times advertised publicly. We in House Imperium see the BTL position as a place for people with good ideas and a will to succeed to work with the House summit in the same way and Aedile and Quaestor would work with each other. We place a high value on leadership positions, and thusly, we want anyone who believes they are the best to apply. We don't expect highly experienced people to fill a BTL position, but we do expect hard workers who will have good ideas.

Secondly, we wish to clarify what we want out of a Battleteam Leader. We want someone who can lead a project to build a Crucesignatis wiki page from the ground up. Some competitions and fictions have taken place in order to help define what CruceSig is, but we want someone to continue forming the fictional basis of what the BT is. We want someone to lead almost continual competitions for the battleteam (mostly simple 5th Level Crescent comps). We want someone who can help the House Summit implement and delegate projects. We want someone who can provide input into the going ons of the House and suggest ideas for improvement. We want someone who will communicate on individual levels with members and attempt to recruit members from our own House and potentially outside the DJB into the BT, and to make the BT an appealing place for new members to join.
