In recent news, Clan Odan-Urr has reopened -

• House Hoth

and

• House Sunrider

This leaves two Quaestor spots open. I'd like to have the positions filled by the 1st of July so get those apps to Wulf and I. Please note that if you are new to leadership and are unsure if you're ready. Don't worry, apply anyway, we'd be glad to help you on your journey.

Expectations:

• Uphold the Clan’s beliefs and values

• Release House activity reports for the CON/PCON to utilize in public reports on a monthly basis - This includes writing a Quaestor report for your House monthly.

• Manage any battleteams or sub-units within your House and coordinate with the Battleteam leaders

• Conduct oneself in a manner so as to set an example for their members in both conduct and participation

• Reward and promote members of the House in a timely manner where appropriate

• Inform fellow Summiteers of any Leaves of Absence that will be taken, ahead of time if at all possible.

• Monitor the overall morale of the House and address any member experience / retention issues with the relevant chain of command.

• Set and enforce policy in the Clan communication channels (mailer, Discord, etc.) that promote a healthy and welcoming community.

• Mediate conflict between members of the House/Clan

• Maintain constant communication with the Clan Summit and have a minimum 24 hour turnaround on communiques when not on approved leaves of absence.

• Apprise the upper summit of any potential issues with a Clan wide impact in a timely manner.

• Maintain a list of goals/action plans for assigned post (this should include a 30/60/90 day plan)

• Create/promote/host competitions and events for the House.

On top of organizing your Houses and maintaining activity levels. You will be the House's biggest cheerleader and will be tasked, eventually, with training an Aedile to perform your duties.
