Hello all,

The Electorate convened to discuss a proposed amendment to the Covenant. The proposal is to update the wording of the entire Covenant to switch from the "Dark Council" to simply the "Council". This is in line with the announced fictional change by Idris prior to this. The content of the Covenant has not been touched in any other way and there are no changes to our rules or expectations.

A vote was called consisting of 17 members of the Electorate, with the Arcona Proconsul sitting in place of the Consul. The vote was a unanimous 17-0 in favor of the amendment. As such, the Covenant has been updated as below. Due to the size of the amendment, it is housed in a separate GDoc.
