Resurgent-class Star Destroyer Wrath
Arx System — Brotherhood Territory
40 ABY
Hundreds of ships filled the space above Arx, coming and going from the planet’s surface, venturing to the ACE Shipyards and to the many ships of the Iron Navy. It was chaos made manifest, full throttle burns to docking, narrowly avoiding collisions because speed was everything. Every ship in the system, Brotherhood owned or not, had been taken in on this endeavor.
Rajhin winced as he watched two light freighters collide in the distance.
“SPEED MEANS NOTHING IF YOU EXPLODE,” he boomed. Every station was occupied, some with multiple people just trying to keep the supply chain functional.
Ciara's holoprojected image bobbed to the rhythm of her run as she oversaw the manufacturing of the crystal purification gas. “Speed is all we have left.”
“More forces are appearing on the planets,” Dacien said.
“Enough of these ships have been outfitted to at least start. We should go,” Rian said, his glistening forehead sparkling oddly in his projected image as the beads of sweat caught distant lights.
“Make the jump. Kill these bastards. Take everything,” Darth Nehalem ordered, malice dripping from his voice.
“More ships will follow,” the Regent said before his image disappeared, returning to organizing the ACE facilities.
Rajhin nodded, and the Wrath jumped to hyperspace.
The final piece of the Children’s leadership is now unmasked. With all the speculation and theories on the man behind the curtain, now that we have had a chance to face the might of the Children, it is time to reveal the man himself.
The Father was a mere human known as Matthias Westland born thousands of years ago. Over his lifespan, he became obsessed with the powers of the Force, and the connection of one’s soul to it. In the end, his research led to the creation of the first crystals, his own body. His skeleton was converted into a piece of horrific beauty, granting him a continuous presence in the galaxy all these many years.
While through the years he has had many vessels and clones to reside within, the majority of these eons of existence have been tethered to his crystalline skeleton. During the events of the war, we saw him take control of the Harbinger for a period of time, an easy feat for the Father as the Harbinger is in fact a genetic clone of the Father’s original body. Now he plans to use the rapidly grown child born from the Harbinger and Saira to unbind the Force from its chains, and complete his life’s work.
With that, I hope everyone enjoyed GJW XV: Ascension. We saw some amazing entries this war and massive congratulations to all of the winners! Apologies if I butchered your character in the fiction, I tried.

EXPLODE! And Bone Daddy is here!
Oh no! We're boned!
Excellent epilogue.
Wooo! Closure! Also, the Father has his own Instagram...
I reject this reality and substuite my own. The Father is Kane Ascended. Peace through power!
Never mess with a man's drinking hole! Got a good laugh as a different version of Darcy, in a different fiction universe, rages if you spill his whiskey.
So the real mother was all the Force clones we made along the way.
Great post, great conclusion...here's to Jinkam appearing again in the future.
Pretty crown, Precious! Me likes it!
I bet he's fun at parties.
He sure is. He's a crystal glowstick.
Oh look, it's Varney!
