Hi all,

As you all know, Arch was appointed as Headmaster and as such has left a large vacancy in the Exarch office. So I'm opening applications seeking someone to take his place and nurture roleplaying. I encourage everyone who has an interest in seeing roleplaying continue to find a great place in our community to apply.

We will be accepting applications through October 17th, and they can be sent to Bubba and I but will be shared with others on the Dark Council as needed (like probably Arch) to discuss a choice.

Some thoughts and comments on your pending application:

• See the wiki page about Exarch for an overview of the role. Would be good to cover how you'd be able to do everything there.
  
• Share as best you can your vision for roleplaying in the DJB. What other systems should it integrate with? How well does Discord work?
  
• Participating is one thing, how can we better reward, train and encourage leaders to step up and manage sessions and oversee things?
  

Any other questions let me know, and looking forward to seeing who can take over where Arch left off and continue to make roleplaying fun and rewarding for all the members. It's a great opportunity to build, ask for what you need, and continue to grow on what Arch started.
