Greetings, boys and girls!

House Qel-Droma, Arcona's wretched hive of scum and villainy, is currently looking for a new Aedile. Smugglers, Thieves and Big Damn Heroes should feel welcome to apply. We'll be holding applications Brotherhood-wide from now until Tuesday, August 23rd, 11:59 EST. Things we're looking for in applicants:

• Problem-solver
• Passionate about the Brotherhood
• Ability to work with a team of strong personalities
• Desire to serve our members and make their experience a positive one
• Minimum rank of Journeyman III - no previous leadership experience is required
• Less than 24-hour email turnaround
• A strong Telegram presence
• Having taken and passed the Shadow Academy's Leadership courses will be looked upon favorably

Things we're looking for in applications:

• Tell us a bit about yourself - personality is a big part of this job
• Tell us about what you can bring to the summit and where you could improve
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Knowledge of the current state of House Qel-Droma
• Ideas for addressing any short-comings and growing House Qel-Droma
• Ideas for the fictional expansion of House Qel-Droma
• Any previous leadership experience - in the Brotherhood or real life
