Greetings Brethren,
Many of you already know that, before the GJW, I mentioned that we would be searching for two Magistrates in lieu of opening Houses. After discussing it with Revak, we decided that it would be in the best interest of the Clan to have positions that will help manage the steady stream of activity necessary for the growth of our members and unit. So, without further ado, I am seeking applications from members of the Brotherhood as a whole. If anyone is interested (leadership experience is not a requirement) in helping Clan Odan-Urr develop and grow. Feel free to send your applications to Revak and I.

Below is an outline of duties as well as brief fictional job descriptions that are only a fraction of my vision. Odan-Urr has always prided itself on community building which is something I want to refocus on in the months to come. Making sure that we have a constant flow of activities, I feel, is only a step in the right direction. While the things below are just some of the things we would like to see. We are absolutely open to suggestions and are thrilled to hear your own ideas.
Leader of the Praxeum’s Temple Guard. The Chief of Security is tasked with the protection of the Jedi Temple and the contents of its vault while overseeing combat training. This individual also maintains the Odan-Urr United Space Command.
Managing Clan gaming and running/hosting weekly gaming events for the Clan.
Cheerleading/Hyping: Comps, projects, public announcements.
Helping to manage our ToR Guild - Knights of Odan-Urr (advertising/recruiting in game)
Regular Discord presence.

Aid the Clan Summit in awarding members
New Member Orientation
The Chronicler is in charge of protecting secrets and managing the Praxeum’s archives. They also act as the Headmaster of the Praxeum’s school and oversee both the Sentinel and Consular branches of the Order.
Managing Clan roleplay and running/hosting regular roleplay activities.
Help the Clan Summit with keeping wiki articles up to date.
Help with the overall fictional development of the Clan.
Creating fiction events and running regular competitions.
Cheerleading/Hyping: Comps, projects, public announcements.
Aid the Clan Summit in awarding members
New Member Orientation
Regular Discord presence.

Mind you, these are just foundational requirements, and we are looking for someone that can also help build and bring structure to these positions for potential members down the line. Bear in mind that if you are interested in eventually getting involved in Clan leadership (future CON/PCON roles) I urge you to apply.
We would like to have these positions filled by the 30th of October but reserve the right to choose a candidate at any time after a quick and 'hopefully' painless interview process where we will just sit down and discuss ideas and applications (no pressure)
