Zuser recently came to us with a request to create a DB Tabletop Gaming chat on Discord. After a little discussion, we decided to create a new category for "Topical Chats" that are not DB- or Star Wars-specific but are popular enough to warrant their own separate chats outside of DB General chat.

Now that we have the new category, we're open to suggestions on how to fill it! If you have an idea for a new chat that doesn't fit well in any of the existing chats, send an email to me, Evant, and James with a (brief) description of the chat you're proposing including why it would benefit from its own space and a list of any DB member who you know are interested in the idea. We'll consider it and add it if seems like a good idea.

For now, the Topical Chat category includes the DB Member role. As it grows, we may look to include a new optional role in #settings like Tourist and Quizard so that people who want to see the Topical Chats can easily access them, and others can just ignore them without having to manage their mute settings.
