Overwatch
The Fist Staff is excited to announce several new additions to Overwatch. First up on our plate we bring you a new way to participate in the DB’s definition of PvP (DB member(s) vs. DB member(s)). This is done through the game’s ability to create private matches. There is a separate queue for PC players and Console players.
Our second piece of Overwatch news is that Season 1 of competitive matches has ended and Season 2 has begun. In honor of this we give you your very own Season 2 competition . Go out and earn your highest ranking!
Last, but certainly not least we essentially have our own Overwatch Play of the Game: Pendants of Blood. In determining the levels needed to acquire these we took into account the range of members’ levels currently. There are some extremely dedicated players we have, but we wanted PoBs to be challenging, but accessible. These may change in the future, but here are the levels which will award you a Pendant of Blood. Similar to other gaming platforms it will have a maximum of 6 Pendants available.

- Level 30
- Level 45
- Level 60
- Level 75
- Level 90

Free For All
With the change to Telegram with the Fist-o-matic there hasn’t been a good solution to joining other members for a Free For All [FFA]. Temporarily we have created a channel for this sole purpose so we can track that challenges are being made and the Rites of Combat are being followed. Feel free to join [here - Log in to view join link].
Jedi Academy Secondary Stadium Tournament
The Jedi Academy tournament using only secondary weapons hosted by yours truly and Turel is officially live. You can see the bracket up to date here . This will be taking place on a specific server Turel has setup for the tournament. The Fist Staff is extremely grateful for his help setting up and running this tournament. Wish the challengers luck!
Brotherhood Boasts and Bloopers
Do you play games? Of course you play games. You like fun. We all like fun. No matter what level your skill is in a game though you have your highs and your lows. Show us your epic achievements and fails! For a while we have been running a competition that lasts 2-3 weeks for the top play and funniest fail. It doesn’t have to be a supported game to be a valid submission. Don’t forget to submit to these and check out all the competitions available here .

Great work, Ernordeth! Very excited to see the continuing development and progression of Overwatch as a DB platform. Also loved the graphics/formatting in the report.
Ernor- thank you very much for the detailed breakdown of the Overwatch, FFA situation, and the current competitions ongoing. Good to know what's currently going on with the FFA rules. Is there any possibility for Jam3z to implement a coding update to the TG FIST bot for allowing a FFA option at some point in the future?

I'm excited about this, although i haven't played a lot of Overwatch.... I believe it's time to change that!
Larrik/Ninj - At this moment in time it's believed to be more work than it's worth to implement FFAs into the Fist-o-matic on TG since matches don't count toward PvP Score

I has question regarding non-platform comps.
Do they all have the right to award 5 CE/CFs as a flat comp rate DB wide? Thinking of running something for a popular new release but tbh not sure it's platform worthy.
Mirus - Not every competition receives the cluster incentive, but many can. One requirement is it does have to be DB-wide. PM me or shoot me an e-mail and I'll discuss it with you :)
