I'm going to steal Orv's previous call for a Praetor because his clearly worked :P If you desire to be my second, then please send me an application. Here's what I'm looking for:

• Requirement: Someone who can give constructive criticism - This is required of all of Herald staff, including myself, in order for the staff and the general members to receive artistic insight to grow as artists.
• Requirement: Someone who can take constructive criticism - I need to be able to give insight as well as the staff to help maintain the quality of what we produce.
• Requirement: Someone who is experienced with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
• Requirement: Someone who can communicate their ideas in a reasonable fashion as well as be able to interpret the ideas of others in order to bring to life an assigned artistic task.
• If you plan on applying, send me an email explaining who you are (artistically); why you want the position; which Ninja Turtle is your favorite and why; and provide art references. Deadline for applications is next Tuesday (April 1st).

Note: If you don't like the Ninja Turtles, don't bother applying. You are dead to me.
