Hello all,

We are now taking applications for Proconsul of Naga Sadow. After serving with distinction for nearly a year, Cethgus has accepted the position of Fist of the Brotherhood. I'd like to thank him again for the time we've had in Naga Sadow and congratulate him on his new position. He's been an invaluable partner in the Clan's development this past year.

Proconsul is a critical role in the Clan, and one that can have a strong impact on the direction of it and the Brotherhood in general. Please take time to understand the role that you are applying for and make sure that you are serious about it before applying. It is not an obligation to be taken lightly. The ideal candidate must:

• Be able to reply to emails within 24 hours
• Have a general idea of areas where they feel the Clan could improve and how they might improve these areas
• Be willing to work with and develop the abilities of Clan leaders
• Be willing to take on a challenge
• Be able to write reports or joint reports with the Consul
• Maintain working and social relationships with members of the Clan
• Be able to reward members with either medals or promotions
• Be able to coordinate with both Clan and House leadership on Clan projects and events
• Be able to use IRC when necessary for Clan activities

There are no specific requirements for application content. If you feel that something should be talked about, then talk about it. A 30/60/90 plan is optional, but may be included if you feel it is relevant.
