Revised DB Basics and a new Journeyman Hall course

The DB Basics course has been revised and launched in the Department of CORE Studies. Many thanks to Ood, Farrin, Meleu, Teu, and Mirus for all of their hard work.

I'm also happy to announce a new, short Journeyman Hall Discoursecourse written by our wonderful Forum Tribune, Riverche (with color-coded images by Mirus :p)! We plan to add a couple more Journeyman Hall courses on communications topics, hence the name of the course. That is all.
