Final reminder: Applications for CORE Professor are due by 11:59pm EDT on Saturday, September 5th.

Requirements:

1. Fast turnaround = You get a notification in your inbox stating there is an exam to be graded. We're looking for someone who checks their inbox more then once every 24h and who is willing/able to grade a course before it hits the 24h marker. In general, our professors check their inboxes every 8 to 10 hours (when they wake up, during the day and before bed))
2. Good work ethic = 1) You do not share answer sheets with anyone. 2) You grade on one standard, the name of the student does not influence how you grade them. 3) You're willing to work beyond just grading a course, part of your duties will be to - from time to time - audit your courses and work with the administrative staff (Praetor, Magistrates) to ensure your courses are up to date.
3. Solid ideas needed = You need to be prepared to brainstorm on new ideas, discuss new courses for your department and then actively participate in the creation of said courses. For the CORE department, you will be doing this for - at least - the Loyalist/Mercenary CORE exams.
4. Knowledge of the Department = As a standard, the SA expects its Professors to have passed the courses in their department with a score of 90% or more.
5. Additionally = For this application, the rank requirement has been removed.
