As I had mentioned in the last update, we were in need of a VOICE. After a fast and furious application process, Pravus and I had a talk late yesterday and early this morning about who we wanted to tap for the position. There were a few really solid apps, and there were plenty folks who we'd like to give the job to, but only one can have it. It's always good to see a wealth of talent answer the call, especially on short notice. As the new Voice takes up residence, I think that some of that talent may find itself some positions, if they are willing.

Telaris "Mav" Taldyra Cantor will become my new Voice.

It's been a long time since Mav sat on the Dark Council, so maybe he needs some introduction. He has served as Jac's Deputy Grand master, and had served myriad positions in Taldryan. More recently, he's done a heck of a job on the teams rebuilding the Antei Combat Centre and character sheets. He's been a great guy for me to bounce ideas off of for the past couple of years, and his calm demeanor will be an asset to the Dark Council. We're setting up for a video chat tonight to get him up to speed on the various projects floating about at the moment, and we're all pretty excited about getting back to work.
