Earlier today Ranarr Kul put up a news post related to the newest Star Wars Mobile Game, Star Wars Uprising, now being available for download and play. This game is basically set up in a style similar to Diablo 3, but with more missions involved. I've played it a bit and its actually quite enjoyable, it would probably be more enjoyable if I was playing it on a Tablet instead of a phone though.
Our Club has established its Cartel (the Guild/Clan thing for the game) as the "DJB Royal Guard". Just search for DJB and it should pop up in the menu with me as the leader person for it. Request to join and either shoot me an email or hit me up on Telegram if your request isn't accepted soon after. Since I expect many requests over the next few hours I'm going to promote everyone in it to Officer before I go to sleep tonight. I'll leave it that way for a bit while folks get and join the game.
It's important to note that right now each Cartel can only have 40 members in it. If we reach the cap we'll look into creating a second Cartel for the club. Right now we only have 5 though, so I think we're safe for a bit.
And... with a new game, comes a new competition! This one will be kept simple, because I'm still learning about the game and how to incorporate it into the DJB right now. Join the DJB Cartel, and play Uprising. You'll earn Cartel XP, it shows as CXP on the Cartel Roster page. At the end of this month take a screenshot of how much CXP you've earned and submit it to the Comp. Most CXP wins! I hope to have some more engaging competitions for this platform in the coming weeks or months, but this will have to do for now.
In the next few days the Windows app for Star Wars Commander will be starting the Battle for Jundland Chasm event. Details on this are posted within the competition. As a reminder, please only submit scores from the Windows App to this competition for the Star Wars Commander Windows game. While the two platforms are starting to close the gap in time between events, they haven't synched up enough yet for me to run one Competition for both. I'm hoping that is coming in the next few weeks though. There is a separate competition for the Apple / Android App platform.

More comps. Yay.
Now to figure out how to coop with cartel mates
I can't even figure out how to find the cartel. That's what I get for trying to play on my phone...
You need to unlock the NPC who joins your crew first. Then you can search for and join a Cartel. Also, at 31ish or 40 members already. Just so everyone is tracking on that.
Save me a seat at the big kids' table, Val!
I need more missions to get more levels... kicks a wall
