With the recent departure of Shimrah from the Brotherhood I needed to obtain a third member of the Appeals Panel. After reviewing the previous submitted applications I have elected to appoint Zenod'ande'rson to fulfill the remainder of Shimrah's term.

I have known Anders for several years now, including running a cross clan competition, and find him to be an extremely level headed, member-centric, member of our community whom I have every confidence will perform well if called upon.
