Howdy,
I would like to ask if once a week is to much for a report. I find that praising often for the work we do; inspires others. So unless anyone has any objections, I think I will continue to report on BTL Harbingers once a week.
Last week I asked each of you to respond and let me know what you expect of me. This is something that is very important to me. To be a successfull team leader; I need to know what the team expects from me. Just as I will expect something from each of you. Some of you chose to respond, and I thank you for that.
I have also taken the liberty of emailing all of our less than DJK members; all Guardians actually, with some simple things that they could do to become promoted. I think everyone except me has met the time in grade requirements. I sure would like to get that clock started for the next rank of JH, which is four weeks between JH and DJK.
I would also like to take the time to mention that our wiki page needs to be updated. If someone has the desire and talent to do so; I would like for you to accomplish this. You can find our wiki page here: The Harbingers
The final round of Fading Light is upon us. Several members have already participated; which you will see below. The events for participation in this can be found here: Fading Light
No one other than me has completed any Shadow Academy Courses
I hope to see everyone competing in the Final Fading Light competition. Clan Taldryan has won the last one; and now it is up to us, the battleteams to bring it home again for House Dinaari and Clan Taldryan. If there is something that I can do to help you, I will go out of my way to make it happen.

Bacon is good
Reports are also good!
Weekly reports are always encouraged by your Proconsul, Omega. As long as you feel confident you can fill the report with actual information and not just fluff, report away!
thanks for the next title.... More Meat.. Less Fluff!
