Abandoned CIS Complex
Aliso
Unknown Regions
Teylas strolled down the dimly lit corridor with a hint of caution, unknown to him what may be around any corner. He had memorized the crude map that the power distribution grid had displayed for him when he activated the auxiliary power. While the lights had come on in many places, they were only emergency lights, and didn't stretch the entire base. Turning the corridor he saw a long hallway with a lit panel at the end.
Finally, he thought to himself.
But he wasn't alone. He could sense the presence of another reaching out through the Force. As he drew closer to the panel he realized it was an all-too-familiar presence.
"Selika," he breathed a light sigh of relief.
Stepping out of a shadow and into the dim light she pointed towards the display panel. "What took you so long?" she asked.
"Laren got a little overzealous. It was difficult quelling his enthusiasm for me to dip away. Is this it?" he asked, pointing towards what was now easier to see. The turbolift control panel was blinking, awaiting commands.
"I believe so," she turned and punched a command into the panel. The doors swooshed open and the Dread Lord and his Wrath stepped into the lift. Selika pushed another button, "Hopefully this thing has enough power to reach the top." The two looked at each other with a hint of concern. Getting stuck in a turbolift in an abandoned CIS base in the Unknown Regions would not make for decent fanfare.
The concern that the Anzat had for the base’s power issues were relieved when the lift finally stopped at the top, opening the doors to reveal a large, open command center. The room was littered with command and control consoles from wall to wall, and even on the ceiling. Teylas was surprised, not expecting something so… complex.
"Looks like our suspicions were right. I just wasn't expecting this," the Consul said as he motioned his hand towards all of the equipment.
Selika nodded. "It looks like this place was kept off the CIS books for a reason, after all."
The two stepped into the room, splitting up and surveying their surroundings. Teylas noticed a large central holoterminal; typical of many designs, and no doubt where many of the central commands came from. The Dread Lord tapped the comm unit in his ear to activate it, saying, "Dracaryis, have you been monitoring?"
"Yeah. It looks like our suspicion was correct. We may have netted more than just some slaves," came a response came over the comm.
"I'm at a central terminal," the Consul said as he motioned his hand towards Selika for her to join him. "It looks like I might be able to access command functions if this thing has power…" he drifted off, trying to activate it.
It took a few moments, but the computer finally sprung to life. The holoprojecter equally came to life as it displayed a full schematic of the complex, its adjacent spaceport, and the surrounding area. The two leaders of Plagueis began combing over the computer screens as it displayed information. The Dread Lord was trying to ascertain what the purpose of this place was for, or something that could hint to the reason it was out in the Unknown Regions.
"There," the Anzat finally broke the focused silence after many minutes had passed. "It's a prison," he plainly stated.
"And I have the name: the Pinnacle," the proconsul added.
"Drac, I'm sending you an information burst. I want you to start analyzing it immediately for possible repair and habitation potential," the Dread Lord said as he looked over at Selika with a conniving smirk, quite pleased with their potential find on Aliso.
Read all the Pro-Bowl fiction updates on the forums.
It’s always fun when there’s fiction update, main report, and event update all rolled into one. It’s very possible that this will be my longest report to date. So I apologize in advance, but there’s lots to go over, people to welcome and congratulate, and events to talk about.
It’s extremely rewarding to see how much everyone appears to be enjoying the Pro-Bowl. I can tell you that the Quaestors put a great deal of time and effort into bringing you all a quality event. The participation numbers are impressive, and the entries (particularly the graphics and fiction ones) are really great! The best part about running this event is the chance to see all of you display your various talents!
Even as the Pro-Bowl comes to a close, there is still plenty going on in the Clan. The Clan Summit is always looking to the next event or series of activities for you all to enjoy. Your feedback is always welcome, so if there is something you want to see, hit us up on telegram or via email!
As always, I want to take this time to welcome some of our new members to the Clan. One of the best parts about being Rollmaster is I’m one of the first people to welcome our new members, but it’s imperative that you all do your part in bringing them into the fold.
Kashyo - Assigned to the Disciples of Dreypa, House Ajunta Pall
Tanii Bol - Assigned to the Apostles of Syn, House Karness Muur
I’ve had two Battle Team Leaders for an ENTIRE MONTH! With so many people switching out leadership positions, keeping those slots filled was incredibly difficult. Fortunately, Kul’tak Drol and Abadeer Taasii are bot doing an awesome job at shepherding our lower ranking members through the gauntlet of the Journeyman promotion system!
So, without further droning on from me, I’ll turn it over to our two BTLs for their reports:
Lots to do everybody! I feel like I've beat this over the head more than anybody, but I just want to see you all do well in the Pro Bowl. We've had a fantastic first two weeks, let's finish strong with the last one. Participate in everything if you can, but if you have strengths really try to put in effort into those competitions where you can excel. I believe in you.
For our resident Journeymen/woman, the Pro Bowl is a great way to get some of those competition requirements done. Take the opportunity, because there's some really great ones here that your Summit worked hard to create. Keep being awesome everybody!
Hail Plagueis, I trust this report finds you well and diving into the veritable slough of activities to be had in the Pro-Bowl! I know Team Selika is tossing completions behind them like wood through a chucker. It’s all about #yougottawantit, if I may steal the Overseer’s phrase for a moment. Some of the competitions have been enjoyably difficult (I managed to crash multiple speeders while under no influence, sign me up for Boonta Eve), while others were simply typey types. If you get a second, be sure to thank our glorious overlords for their hard work in bringing us the Pro-bowl and the friendly competition it creates. How can we strive to best the rest of the Brotherhood if we can’t best ourselves? Oh who am I kidding, we all know Plagueis is number one…
On the home front things are a little slower, but I wanted to give a special shoutout to Oric Ral who has been doing his best to charge through the SA like a champ. Keep up the good work, Oric!
And now, for something completely different.

It’s time for the third and final week of the Clan Plagueis Pro-Bowl! There are still plenty of crescents up for grabs, pride for your team, and of course, some pretty sweet prizes courtesy of Slags!
Week 3 Events will be live at site reset on Monday the 13th and will run through the 19th.
As with weeks one and two, the third week consists of ten events. The major change comes in the gaming arena: while you are once again racing and piloting in your new favorite flash games, this week’s main gaming competition is PvP only. And yes, you must play against a member of Clan Plagueis, and that member must be on the OPPOSING team. Exceptions will be made by me in the event of a low activity turnout (which hasn’t been the case so far).

I won’t lie, serving as Clan Rollmaster has (so far) been my favorite job in this club. I am extremely fortunate to have such a close knit clan to work with, and I’m amazed at the things you all do each and every day. For the Pro-Bowl, I’m pleased with the level of participation I’ve seen so far.
This is the third and final week, so do your absolute best to get those events done! Help bring home the win for Team Teylas or Team Selika!
Good luck to all, and I’ll see you at the finish line!

Kicking butt and taking names. Let's pounce Week 3 and finish the Pro Bowl strong.
