I currently serve as a Quaestor of House Ventress in Clan Plagueis, as well as Magistrate to the Fist and Headmaster. What is the Communications Tribune, you ask? Allow me to shed some light on this pivotal position and its responsibilities.

As the Communications Tribune, I have the privilege of working closely with the Grand Master and Deputy Grand Master to establish and execute an all-encompassing recruitment strategy for the Dark Brotherhood. We aim to attract new members who share our values and vision, ensuring that our ranks are filled with individuals who will not only strengthen our community but also enrich our shared experiences.

In addition to recruitment, one of the primary aspects of my role is overseeing the maintenance and activity of the Brotherhood's social media accounts, in conjunction with the Grand Master and Deputy Grand Master. We recognize the power of social media as a gateway to the wider galaxy, and we intend to utilize these platforms to spread awareness about our illustrious organization, our achievements, and the unparalleled talent that thrives within our ranks.

What Platforms?

• Instagram: Instagram will serve as a visually appealing platform to showcase the best moments from the DJB community. Highlights from events, fan art, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the gaming and fiction creation process will be shared through pictures and short videos. The existing following will help amplify the content, and additional efforts like utilizing relevant hashtags and collaborating with other gaming and fandom accounts will attract new followers and potential members.

• TikTok: TikTok will be a crucial platform for attracting a younger and broader audience to the DJB community. The focus will be on creating engaging and entertaining short videos. These could include snippets of gaming highlights, reading short fiction over captivating visuals, and showcasing artwork in time-lapse format. Leveraging popular trends and using relevant hashtags will increase the content's discoverability and help grow the follower base over time.

• X/Twitter: On X (Twitter), we'll be leveraging the existing following to engage with the community, share updates, and create a sense of camaraderie. Content could include text-based posts about upcoming events, competitions, and discussions related to the DJB community. Visual graphics will be utilized to promote events, showcase achievements, and highlight members' contributions. Polls and engaging questions will also be used to encourage interaction and gather feedback from the audience.

These creations, reflective of the immense talent within the Brotherhood, will be shared far and wide on our social media channels, reaching a broader audience than ever before.

But this plan is not just about promoting the Brotherhood; it is about recognizing and rewarding the dedication of our members. To achieve this, we are introducing a credit-based system, inspired by the esteemed Scrolls of Foundation. Every submission will be acknowledged, and those that go above and beyond will earn well-deserved credits, fostering a culture of appreciation and encouragement among our ranks.

• Gaming Submissions: The gaming content will feature both individual and collaborative gameplay moments from DJB members. This not only showcases the talents and camaraderie of DJB members but also encourages other gaming enthusiasts to join the community.

• Fiction Reading: Short fiction will be presented in video format with captivating visuals as a backdrop. While the videos don't need to be voiced by the submitter, the text will be legible, and the audio may contain background music to enhance the storytelling experience.

• Art and Graphics: Artwork and graphics created by DJB members will be featured, giving them recognition and appreciation. This content will be visually engaging, highlighting the diverse talents within the community.

I have made it easy for you to be a part of this historic endeavor. All submissions for the Social Media Highlights plan can be made in two simple ways. First, head to the designated #highlights room on our Discord server and drop your contributions there.

During the trial period, submissions for content will be manually tracked using an Excel spreadsheet. A point system will be used to award members for their contributions and engagement with the content.

As the community grows and the trial progresses, we can explore options for automated submission tracking and other tools to streamline the process. This hands-on approach during the trial period will allow us to fine-tune content strategies, assess audience engagement, and make data-driven decisions for long-term content planning.
