Consul of Clan Taldryan Final Report: All Good Things Must Come To An End.

Hello Taldryan, and welcome to what will be my final report as your Consul. I have had the honor and privilege to lead this clan for 14 months, and while it wasn’t always easy, I am grateful for having had this opportunity. After speaking with our wonderful Grandmaster, and Deputy Grandmaster, I have come to the decision that it is indeed time for me to step down and allow someone new to continue Taldryan’s growth. The DC will release more information soon, and I will remain Consul until they have selected my successor. Thank you all for the 14 months I’ve shared with you, I will never forget them.

Onto some happier news,

The Twelfth Great Jedi War has finished and our Clan finished at 5th place. Taldryan earned 1782.67 points total in the War, and our 18 participating members submitted a total of 171 unique entries, which comes out to an average of 9-10 competitions per unique participant from Taldryan! I am incredibly proud of this turnout, and it makes me happy to see that we have such dedicated membership in our Clan.

There are a few members of the Clan who deserve some special recognition for their achievements during the war.

All of my **patients* are truly assistants to my work, but my droid M.O.R.S.E. is nigh irreplaceable in surgery.*

What cadavers? I don't know of these cadavers you speak of. You’ll have to be more specific.

Now there’s an idea, really depends on what Kul is willing to give for the code I guess.

Under a different name, perhaps. There’s a bit of illegal, unethical research on there.

Lucine asks: Any tips for those who are about to go Speed Dating for the first time?

Bring a friend with whom you can talk trash about the god awful people you’ll end up meeting.

Lucine asks: What is your prefered method for calming patients who are about to undergo a procedure?

If the patients aren’t annoying, sedate them. If they are annoying paralyze them and then perform the surgery while they’re still awake.

Lucine asks: Who would win a game of operation between you, Koliss, and Ood?

With my steady hands, definitely me.

The thing about oaths...they are quite easy to break.*

You wouldn’t appreciate being chipped either. lol

TuQ’uan Varick asks: What’s your favorite species to experim...I mean save the life of?

Once you’ve opened them up, most species are relatively the same. Parts are just in different places, so they’re all equal, unless they’re were trying to fight back...those ones are more fun.

(Alaris) Adam Hobbs asks: What has been your most rewarding experience as Consul?

My most rewarding experience as Consul has been having the opportunity to work with some truly great leaders, and members of this club. Whether it be Taldryan’s Summit, the Summits of other Clans, the DC, or even just everyday members I have truly been lucky to interact and work with all of them. It really has opened my eyes to be prospects that this club has to offer, and I intend to explore new avenues in my time off from Taldryan Leadership.
