A short one today, but the position for the Selen Training Corps’ Battleteam Leader is finally open!

The Selen Training Corps is Arcona’s recruit BT. They are dedicated to having all of our new kids clustered together to support and grow together with one leader in focus overseeing them to their journey to JM4. At that point, they will move into one of our two houses.

In character, your chosen character will be the Head of the Dajorran Intelligence Agency as well as in charge of the recruits. They are based within the heart of Arcona locationally, Estle city on Selen.

Basic Requirements:

There are only two things that I need an applicant to have. That is a 24 hour turn around on communications both with members and the summit. You don’t have to partake in every conversation but a daily check in is expected at minimum.

Secondarily, be a member of the club willing and able to uplift others. I don’t care how experienced you are, nor what titles you may or not hold. What I’m looking for is someone who is approachable and open minded to anyone under their watch. While this is important in all leadership roles, in the top seat of the “new kid BT” it’s absolutely vital.

Tasks:

• Communication with the summit and your members. Regular check ins on a 1 to 1 basis.
• This includes being prepared to answer a lot of questions, reassure anyone who’s a bit more shy and overall be a anchor for those entering the club.
• Administration of the Master / Apprentice program and the STC Channel on discord.
• Promotions and Awards of BT members. This includes their JM4 promotion, after which you will need to discuss the two houses with them and contact myself or Diy for moving them along in the admin panel.

Side Bits:

You will be a part of a lot of summit discussions, including with me and Zuji directly on upper-summit projects. While you won’t be necessarily making decisions, you will still be able to provide insight or at least just get a look in on what its like making those decisions. (Spoiler. It’s not as cool as you might think it sounds)
