DB News

Usually I open with clan news, but there's a lot of important DB developments over the last month or so that I'd definitely recommend taking a look at:

• Everyone can now get a free NPC at the rank of Knight!

• You might have had a lot of free credits given to you as a result of recalculations of society bonuses

• Apex: Legends is now supported by the db!

CSP News

• Kadrol Hauen and Jon Silvon have both joined the Equite ranks! Massive congratulations to both of these members for their perserverence and dedication to the club and clan for a long period of time that has resulted in this elevation!

• Jax Bendal, Shadow Nighthunter, Idris Adenn, Jorm Na'trej and I have received Seals of Loyalty

Into the Fire

Fiction updates

The fiction for Into the Fire is now finished! Another event in which I enjoyed reading every entry. Reiden takes 1st here with an excellent defence of the Sidious which features prominently in the event closing

Fiction

It was great to see some detailed, creative writing in the fiction for the event long competition. Also nice to see every writer using the opportunity to further relations between characters, which is always great to see.

Overall

Massive thanks to everyone who engaged with this event! In a close fought final standing, Reiden just about edges this one by a single point! Reiden's excellent fiction placements really shone through in the final standings, just about edging out Xantros' near-perfect participation record.

Current competitions

Due to the amount of stuff going on at DB level we only have 2 competitions ongoing at clan level but I'm going to start a clan run-on soon! Just working on getting stuff up on the forums etc. This should be up and running by the end of the week.

Ask The Eli

James asks: #AskTheEli Overall feeling about Endgame? (Without spoiling for the people who haven't watched it, of course) Eli: Boring answer: but never watched any of them and starting a series with a movie called 'Endgame' seems like a bad idea, intuitively.

Jax: #AskTheEli Why am I not in a House? Is it because Jorm and Shadow secretly fear me? Eli: Well it WAS a secret, but now everyone knows
