Greetings and fairtidings everyone! Welcome to the beginning of the year everyone, I am so delighted that we have started this year with a big bang! To start we have the Herald Style Hanukkah in all it’s eight day glory, there’s the conclusion of Operation: Resurgence and finally the beginning of our prized event, the Great Jedi War XI, which should conclude the One Sith threat. The fiction has been delightful to read and I hope there’s many more pages to come. So without further ado, let’s begin!

GJW XI

In this eleventh war, we will see two halves; the first round is from 9th January-23 January. The second round continues from the 26th January-9th February. Both of these rounds will contain:

• Fiction
• Graphics (Possibly in the form of audio/visual media)
• Trivia
• Puzzle

Where this looks easy for us Dark Forgeans, the three main events are slightly more challenging. These will be:

• Run-on
• Battle-plan (given a certain amount of enemies, allies, a map then micro-manage)
• Video/Song/Multimedia

This half of the chaos is something we are not familiar with, but do we just sit and sulk? Not at all, we achieved an average of 3.47 in the last Vendetta because we do what we do best; remain active. Indeed our participants change and that should not weaken us. We are experts at Run-ons now, battleplans is a gift of creativity for your mind, and in all honesty it probably won't matter if you cannot sing. I'll do my own. It's for Arcona, for Wally, Legz, Sight, Ceth and Atty! It's for all your friends to enjoy the pleasure of new armies, new equipment and possibly greater NPC companions. It helps with gaining that next promotion, earning crescents, novaes and the precious sacramentals from Aabs. This is the time to shine, Dark Forgeans, and to prove that we are not just dirty mules looking for an easy fix. We are the strongest of the herd, driven to reach our absolute paramount in mental capacities and creativity. We can and we will win this war, not as individuals achieving our best, but as a Clan striding ahead from everyone else. We are Arconans and it is our duty to show the opposition how competitions are won!

We finish Operation: Resurgence, and then we tackle the War with 100% attitude. Let's lead by example, with tigerblood in our hearts and a ferocity in our eyes.

I have to confess that I haven’t touched this in awhile but have no fear, I will get round to it soon. We enjoy the creativity and unique ideas that member’s create, as it proves there is potential. Also we seem to lack artwork or graphics, I’m more than opportunistic to work with something about this.

Project: Vroom!

Progress is wonderful here and I am happy to say that this is completed to almost 80% with the stunning hard work from K’tana. She is currently surviving her New Year hangover (hopefully without the Mike Tyson tattoo) but rest assured when I have graphics, I will upload teasers.

Changes

Twas quiet after the night of christmas and all through the Clan, this is part where we show the achievements of our treasured brethren. (sorta rhymed)

Personal Note

Hope you all recuperate today from your binge drinking and I am glad to be fighting alongside you all, I am here to serve as I always will do and be. We saw the great Commander Locke achieve Equite 1 for the first time and I am proud to see him grow. There was also this other dodgy dude that got into the clergy, though he's a bit clingy to be frank. Here’s to an even greater year chaps! Until next time!
