Greetings everyone! Welcome to my third report as your DGM. This report will focus heavy on stats, provide some updates for my broken Halloween competition, and close with a few comments on the conclusion of FL3 and the upcoming GJW!

Fading Light III: Stats

Fading Light III has concluded and our members did an amazing job participating across all events. A few numbers:

• Gaming: 77 Unique Participants
• Gaming: 3342 matches played by the Top Six Participants Alone!!!
• Puzzle: 119 Submissions
• Trivia: 103 Submissions (+ or - a few. I'm looking at you Moe, Larry, and Curly!)
• Graphics: 68 Submissions
• Fiction: 55 Submissions (Mav will have the details on Page/Word Counts)
  

Congratulations to everyone on their participation. We had some amazing numbers this round and everyone should be proud.

Gaming Stats

I asked our Fist to put together some numbers concerning our recent gaming trends. Our first numbers include Unique Gaming Submissions over the past 90 days and the total CFs earned per platform over the past 90 days.

Unique Member Submissions of Gaming Activity over the past 90 days (of which Destiny was only a part of for 30 days):

2. Diablo 3: 50
3. Star Wars The Old Republic: 37

CF Totals from Gaming Activity over the past 90 days (of which Destiny was only a part of for 30 days)

The Fist followed these numbers up with two charts displaying PVP and PVE numbers for all of 2014. Take a look at the numbers below:

The attached graphs provide a pretty decent look at gaming trends across the DB for 2014. My quick thoughts:

• We love Pazaak (Free, readily available, Star Wars themed)
• TOR trended to Diablo 3 trended to Destiny. I predict a TOR explosion with Revan (Also, multiple power gamers just resub'ed).
  
• Star Craft does alright for such little publicity and events.

It will be interesting to see how our gaming numbers play out over the next year with the reemergence of Tie/Xwing/TOR and the tweaks and changes to our gaming systems made based off of feedback.

Halloween Costume Competition

Plot Update and Supplementals

The Dark Crusade and Fading Light have been going on for a significant amount of time. In order to ensure all of our members are on the same page going into the GJW, I will publish an executive summary of events so far as well as a few supplemental documents to help bring everyone back up to speed. Hopefully this will help clear up any confusion for new members, clear up any confusion for old members who didn't read anything, and clear up any confusion for old members who hate the storyline (:p). FYI, Yacks is Esoteric.

Alright everyone, that is it for this week. You should see the final scores for FLIII around Wednesday of this week. Trivia, Puzzle, and Gaming are all graded and GFX/Fiction will be done soon. My next steps will be working with the 7 Independent Units to begin establishing our scoring for the GJW and identifying an event schedule.
