Happy Oh-my-Episode-Seven-is-so-close-I-can-barely-contain-myself Tuesday Wednsday Thursday-because-Bentre-can’t-get-his-junk-together, you fine folk of Clan Naga Sadow. Oh, and it there are also a lot of holidays, but because I like everybody to be comfortable: HAPPY LIFE DAY SEASON!

Episode 7 brings lots of cool opportunities, an influx of interested you minio- ahem -minds into the Dark Brotherhood as a whole. As the reports from the Quaestors of Shar Dakhan and Marka Ragnos have said, we have some exciting stuff coming up with February. I will be talking with my fellow Summit - folk once the holidays have passed on some fun things in January. Expect some fiction, puzzle, and maybe even gaming goodness.

REPORTS

There have been a number of reports on changes to Clusters, updates to SWTOR gaming and a shiny recruitment link update. There is some good stuff to know within. Other reports include our own Sapphire Squadron's Report from Scarlet, the House reports for Shar Dakhan and Marka Ragnos and a Friendly Reminder concerning Episode VII. We are undoubtedly in some exciting times in the DJB, so read up, as in the immortal words of G.I. Joe: “Knowing is half the battle!”

I do want to say, we have had some nice bit of activity in Devil’s Shroud over the last month. Not as much as I would like, but I understand between holidays and finals folks can be busy. Still, I encourage you all to take part in some of the fun. While I doubt I ask going to get 100% participation in this laid back event, I would like to see folks take part in as much as possible. The perfect gift this season would be to see one, two, or even three of you all outperform me. Hint hint.

COMPETITIONS

This season there are plenty of things to get yourself in to.There are of course all the competitions being run by the Dark Council as part of the Episode VII Celebration, a crossword competition, Just What I Always Wanted, yet another pun competition, our Quaestor is running a Holiday decoration fiction comp, a chance to [show off your SW-related Holiday Decorations, write about putting the Burgoo brothers in line and there is also a chance to write about what your character is doing during the lull following the Progenitor crisis.

I suppose the next thing I should do is hand the mic to my shiny new BTL, Qyreia! Here you all go. For December, this is Sarge’s Corner of Devil’s Shroud:

Heya everyone, I’m Qyreia Arronen, your new Battle Team Sergeant. I like long walks on the beach, romantically pursuing our Quaestor Keira Viru, and otherwise shoosting things. Check my character sheet: I’m good at the shoosting. That said, Bentre has entrusted me with helping him run a smooth ship, and maybe send some light competitions your way, so that is what I intend to do. Expect some small things floating around from me, and prepare yourselves for the infinite energy that is the Red Qek!
