Congratulations to all of you in the Dajoran Marshals and to Arcona as a whole. We've walked away as First Clan, with our heads held high. As a whole, we had great participation numbers. Through the Phases, our Clan held firm only rivaled by Plagueis and Naga Sadow in terms of overall participation percentage, and Plagueis and Taldryan for volume. It was a fight this year. Especially over The Button, by far, one of my favorite activities during the war, and one which I watched helplessly as Korvis and Clan Viszla conquered the digital landscape. For as many competitive moments, however, there were moments where we came together, with near continuous Halo games running throughout the War bridging the communications gap between Clans and making many fun memories as we splattered and captured objectives as One Brotherhood.
The Marshals matched the energy of the rest of the Clan, Phase for Phase, and showed out!
Phase I: 65%
Phase II: 78%
Event Long: 53%
Phase I: 72%
Phase II: 63%
Event Long: 54%
45% of the Marshals managed to complete Full Bin Participation! Ikarri among them, leading the way and being the first of us to complete the Bins, proving a great inspiration and certainly kicking me into gear when I was lagging behind in the final phase of the War.
We've had a bit of growth and some good awards during the War and so far through October, certainly, especially with the Marshals being so active throughout.
New appointments are being made across the Clan and things are settling down across the board, this isn't a time to stay idle and do nothing, but also too well, I want to stress, especially as someone who has been going through way too much in the last few months. Do not over-exert yourselves, but don't let yourself sit idle either so you can just as easily find your footing when you're ready to pick up the pace. There are plenty of new competitions rolling out in the wake of the war, dive in, find things that are rolling at your pace, go forth, and always feel free to make new competitions, seize the energy we had during the war, and build on it.
Even with everything I had going on, I enjoyed the war and being there to cheer you guys on through everything. Watching the red lights in the Vendetta Report blink green as each of us hit our stride, and checking in through the general chats to make sure we were all in a place to keep running. I felt I could have been a bit more communicative, and I am sorry for my disappearing act in the middle of the war, but you'll be happy to know I've moved across the country with relatively little fanfare and am in a much better place now, so I should be in a better place to help out with things in the days coming. Overall, this was a great venture, and I look forward to the next Vendetta alongside all of you!
