Shout-out to mah peeps

So, it’s been a really good month for Ektrosis, and because of that I was able to hand out a bunch of medals to everyone. Congratulations go out to Zoron for earning his first Steel Cross! Chaos, Dru, Raistline and Sid each nabbed themselves an Antein Cross, and last, but not least, Catmatui was given a Dark Cross!

Speaking about Cat, she had an even better week as she recently joined the rank of Jedi Hunter! There is still an open tab in Spanky’s for anyone looking to celebrate! Congratulations again, Cat! Now onto Dark Jedi Knight.

It’s Aliiiiiiive!

After decades of blood, sweat and tears (give or take a few decades?), the ACC is now live and operational! Anyone qualified can now partake in all the slashing and hitting of clubs upside the head. If you hit the Main menu drop-down, you will see the selection for the ACC there.

Now, keeping on the topic of the ACC, I return you to my 2,066th installment of “The Vendetta is almost here!” This week, I won’t be made a liar! Sign-ups are now fully on for the Fading Light ACC Tournament. Click on that link and subscribe! You have until May 14th to sign-up, with the event starting on May 17th. I believe everyone already qualified in Ektrosis has signed up to participate (yay!), but we can do better!

How do we do better? By more of you qualifying!To qualify you will need to pass two ACC Courses located in the Shadow Academy. One is quite simple, while the other will require you to do some actual writing.

If anyone is having trouble with the ACC, then please don’t hesitate to ask. There are a lot of people in this House who know their way around the ACC, as do plenty of others in the Clan. Don’t be shy!

P.S. Jac just qualified for the ACC and no one is busier than this man, so you should be able to do it too!

Don’t AWOL me, bro!

A few of you have received an e-mail from the MAA’s office concerning an AWOL check. All that means is that you haven’t signed into the DB website in a month, and should do so if you wish to stay a part of the House. Otherwise, you will be sent to the Rogues. There is nothing wrong with being in the Rogues, and I highly suggest anyone becoming burned out with the DB taking some time off and enjoy the quiet life. However, if you do want to stay a part of a unit then you need to pop up once in awhile and say hi to everyone.

Ektrosis is doing ok in terms of members not around, but it’d be great to not have a single person AWOL-out.

The new Headmaster has let us know about some changes to SA Degrees, mostly revolving around the coding courses. Have a look to see what is now being offered to help you learn a little about coding.

Kir did a report. Cthulhu has also arisen.

Solari (aka. That lightsider crystal guy) has been named Master Librarian! Well, I think I got the name right? :P Regardless, it is the highest honour the SA can give out, so go and congratulate the rock-robot!

There are possibly some new Forums coming out...sometime. Most likely. Probably. Maybe after possessions?

Boooooooks!. These are the brand-new series of books that will really and truly be a part of Star Wars canon, honest to god (until someone else decides later on that they mean nothing). Either way, I’ll be reading them and so should you!
